Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Bench Sales Recruiter (Entry-Level) to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, confident in communication, and eager to learn about the U.S. staffing industry. You will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants, building client relationships, and achieving successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and U.S. Citizens) to vendors and clients through job portals, networking, and social media.
• Identify and qualify new vendor and client leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors, clients, and consultants.
• Follow up regularly with vendors and clients to track the interview and placement process.
• Maintain a daily report of submissions, interviews, and closures.
• Coordinate with consultants on project updates, extensions, and redeployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Basic understanding of U.S. IT staffing and recruitment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
