About the Role:

Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Market available bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.) to clients and vendors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners, Tier-1 vendors, and direct clients.
Identify suitable opportunities, submit profiles, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Negotiate rates and terms with clients and vendors on W2/C2C models.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, onboarding, and placement formalities.
Maintain an updated database of consultant submissions and client communication.
Work closely with the recruiting team to meet placement targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in Bench Sales within
US Staffing
.
Strong understanding of
W2 and C2C
hiring models.
Experience working with
implementation partners
and
Tier-1 vendors
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to aggressively market consultants
