Qualifications: Bachelors degree. 1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment or technical recruiting. Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and terminology (e.g., Java, .NET, AWS, DevOps, etc.). Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099), Visa types (H1B, GC, USC, TN), and compliance regulations.
