Job Description: We are actively hiring Bench Sales Recruiters who are passionate about the US staffing industry and thrive in a performance-driven environment. You will be responsible for marketing IT consultants (H1B, GC, USC, TN, etc.) to clients and tier-1 vendors across the US. Roles & Responsibilities: Source, market, and place IT consultants on various client requirements. Build relationships with candidates, vendors, and implementation partners. Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Negotiate rates and prepare consultants for interviews. Maintain a database of consultants and follow up regularly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly placement targets. Work in US time zones (preferably night shift IST). Required Skills: Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Good understanding of the US tax terms and visa types (preferred). Proficient in using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Time management and multitasking abilities.
