What You'll Do Prospect and research potential clients, identifying key decision-makers and their hiring pain points. Leverage phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels to initiate conversations and generate qualified leads. Clearly articulate ElevateStaffing.ai’s value proposition to C-level executives and senior leaders across target industries. Coordinate with internal teams to align on outreach strategy, lead nurturing, and appointment setting. Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and progress using our CRM. Support and follow through on marketing campaigns by converting interest into opportunity. What We’re Looking For 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer outreach. Strong communication skills and a confident, engaging personality — you’ll often be the first point of contact for ElevateStaffing.ai. Comfortable with multi-channel outreach (calls, email, social) and understanding B2B buyer behavior. Enthusiastic about SaaS products and eager to learn our platform’s powerful feature set. Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
