Position: Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Location/Timings: Remote Must work PST Timings

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on sourcing, managing, and building relationships with white vendors to drive bench sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage white vendors to source C2C candidates.

Maintain and update a database of white vendors and their consultants.

Coordinate with internal teams to match consultants with suitable client opportunities.

Track vendor and candidate performance metrics for reporting.

Ensure compliance with all vendor agreements and company policies.

Requirements:

25 years of experience in bench sales or vendor management.

Strong knowledge of white vendor sourcing and C2C processes.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently in PST timings.

Proficiency in using CRM/ATS tools for vendor and candidate management.
