Role & responsibilities Bench Sales Recruiter: Market consultants (OPT, H1B, GC, US Citizens) to clients and vendors Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors Share profiles, schedule interviews, and handle rate negotiations Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition: Source candidates from job boards, social media, groups, and forums Maintain a good vendor network Screen profiles and coordinate interviews for technical roles Research Analyst: Research IT and Non-IT companies to identify C-level executives Collect and verify contact details including emails and phone numbers Also target Recruitment Directors, Managers, and Account Managers Interview Timings: 7:30 PM TO 10:00 PM (IST) Please share you updated CV to hiring@delkosoft.com , Ph: +91 6303433811 Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in night shifts / US time zones Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred Bachelors degree is required; MBA/HR/IT background is a plus
