Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across various IT domains. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive the end-to-end recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical positions using various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and culture fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions. Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating technical assessments, and negotiating offers. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates and search progress. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future hiring needs. Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure hiring goals are met. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for niche or senior-level IT roles. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever, Greenhouse, or Workday. Technical background or IT certifications are a plus. Please send the Updated resume and details mentioned below.
