As a Business Development Manager at Mindtel, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the EdTech sector. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. You will also be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, conduct presentations to potential clients, collaborate closely with marketing teams, and attend industry conferences and networking events to represent the company. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EdTech sector. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. - Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. - Conduct presentations to potential clients showcasing our solutions. - Collaborate closely with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies. - Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent the company. - Prepare and present detailed proposals to potential clients. - Monitor and report on competitors and market conditions. - Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships. - Gather feedback from clients to enhance product offerings. - Train and mentor junior sales team members. - Assist in the development of marketing campaign strategies. - Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage client interactions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in EdTech. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and presentation skills. - Ability to understand educational technologies and market trends. - Proficiency in using CRM and sales software. - Team player with a proactive approach. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel as required. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Passion for education and technology integration. - Demonstrated ability to network and establish connections. - Creative thinking and out-of-the-box solutions.
