BDM (EDTECH)

As a Business Development Manager at Mindtel, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the EdTech sector. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, conduct presentations to potential clients, and collaborate closely with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies. Additionally, you will attend industry conferences and networking events to represent the company, prepare and present detailed proposals to potential clients, and monitor competitors and market conditions. Providing exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships, gathering feedback from clients to enhance product offerings, and training and mentoring junior sales team members will also be part of your role. Your ability to assist in the development of marketing campaign strategies, utilize CRM software to track leads and manage client interactions, and work in a fast-paced environment will be essential.
