Job Title:

About the Role

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Identify, build, and nurture relationships with
key accounts
across industries such as logistics, fleet, and mobility.
Engage with
CXOs (CEOs/CFOs)
of target companies to proactively understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Generate new business leads through
cold calling, networking, trade shows, and referrals
.
Create
customized, structured leasing solutions
based on client needs.
Work closely with
OEMs, dealers, and intermediaries
to expand reach and drive leasing business growth.
Manage the
complete account lifecycle
: client negotiation, credit approval, funding, and post-disbursal activities.
Conduct business meetings with prospective clients to promote products/services.
Collaborate with internal teams – Sales, Operations, Product, FTA & DGSD – to ensure seamless execution.

Required Experience & Skills

Education:
Graduate (mandatory), MBA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 6 years in
leasing sales, product sales, or business development

sales or business development

analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation
skills
Excellent
communication and interpersonal
abilities
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
Strong
networking skills
with dealers and clients
