Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) located in Pune. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to drive business growth. The BDE will also conduct presentations and pitches to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align business strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Experience in client relationship management and contract negotiation
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools
