Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) located in Ranchi. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, developing growth strategies, conducting market research, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. The BDE will also be tasked with preparing proposals, attending industry events, and networking to foster business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Market Research, and Strategic Planning
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to develop and implement growth strategies
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the tech industry or software services is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
