Business Development Executive (LinkedIn BDE)

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and generate
high-quality leads through LinkedIn
.
Use tools like
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
and other automation tools to identify potential clients.
Craft and send
personalised connection requests and messages
to decision-makers.
Build relationships with prospects, understand their business requirements, and pitch suitable IT services.
Schedule online meetings and coordinate with the technical or sales team for client discussions.
Maintain proper lead tracking using
CRM tools
and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and conversions.
Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities on LinkedIn.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, or IT
(preferred).
1–3 years of experience as a
LinkedIn BDE / Lead Generation Executive / IT Sales Executive
.
Strong hands-on experience with
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
and
LinkedIn outreach strategies
.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to write engaging connection messages and proposals.
Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools.
Highly organised, self-driven, and target-oriented individual.
