About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented SDR who will focus on cold calling to generate qualified leads and fuel our B2B sales pipeline. The ideal candidate thrives on proactive outreach, enjoys building relationships over the phone, and can convert cold prospects into warm opportunities

Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling & Outreach

● Conduct 60–80 high-volume cold calls per day to qualified leads and target accounts.

● Execute structured call cadences with 5+ follow-up attempts per prospect.

● Achieve daily/weekly call metrics (connect rates, conversation rates, meetings booked).

● Maintain detailed call logs and activity tracking in CRM systems.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

● Research and identify potential customers matching the ideal customer profile (ICP).

● Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, industry databases, and company research.

● Qualify leads through discovery questions and pre-call research.

Appointment Setting & Handoffs

● Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.

● Provide detailed briefings on prospects (pain points, budget, timeline, decision-making).

● Ensure smooth lead handoffs with proper introduction emails and meeting prep.

Multi-Channel Support

● Integrate cold calling with email sequences for omnichannel outreach.

● Leverage LinkedIn for social selling and pre-call engagement.

Required Qualifications

● 2–4 years of cold calling experience in B2B sales or outbound roles.

● High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call volume and appointment targets.

● Exceptional verbal communication and confidence engaging C-level decision-makers.

● Persistent, resilient, and able to handle rejection while maintaining motivation.

● Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement tools.

● Familiarity with prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Performance Metrics & Targets

● 60–80 cold calls/day, with 5+ follow-ups per prospect.

● Target: 10–15 qualified meetings per month for Account Executives.

● Connect rate goal: 15–20% on properly targeted calls.
