Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through calls, digital platforms, referrals, and outbound activities
  • Contact prospective students and provide detailed information about courses and programs
  • Understand student requirements and counsel them on suitable learning options
  • Follow up regularly on generated and assigned leads to drive conversions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the admission process
  • Maintain accurate data of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets
  • Handle objections, queries, and concerns professionally and close sales
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students
  • Participate in product training, sales reviews, and team meetings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, attendance rules, and performance standards

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
