Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Deconook N Corners Pvt. Ltd., a luxury home dcor startup, you play a crucial role in lead generation, sales closure, and cultivating strong relationships with customers. Your responsibilities include driving sales of high-end decorative products, identifying and targeting new clients, maintaining client relationships, showcasing product knowledge, and ensuring smooth sales coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of high-end decorative products such as sculptures, wall art, and fountains. - Identify and target new clients within the interior design, architecture, luxury homeowner, and hospitality sectors. - Build pipelines through lead generation, inbound leads, networking, and CRM follow-ups. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals. - Conduct client consultations to understand their preferences and offer tailored interior design solutions. - Stay updated on design trends, product materials, and artisanal techniques to deliver compelling product presentations. - Maintain sales activities and customer data using CRM tools. - Collaborate with designers, logistics, and after-sales teams for seamless transactions and delivery. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduation in any discipline (preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or Business). - 0-5 years of experience in luxury sales, client servicing, or business development within interior dcor. - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, confidence, and passion. - Strong understanding of client requirements with a customer-centric approach. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player. - Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and emails. - Good storytelling and convincing skills for presenting design-driven solutions effectively.
