Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on opportunity and lead generation through proactive telecalling efforts. You will play a key role in identifying potential customers, building lasting relationships, and driving business growth by converting leads into sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities Telecalling: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads; follow up regularly to nurture them into business opportunities. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients; understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Data Management: Update and maintain lead databases, track customer interactions, and report performance metrics. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead conversion and strategy alignment. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a focus or interest in sales, marketing, or business development. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or business development (preferred industry background). Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions. Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools; quick to learn new platforms and processes. Preferred Qualifications Proven Sales Record: Experience in achieving sales targets and developing business pipelines. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the industry and ability to communicate technical or complex information clearly. Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or business development are a plus.
