Job Description

You are a dynamic go-getter with a passion for sales, client acquisition, and driving business growth. Joining our team as a Business Development Executive located at Janakpuri West, Delhi, you will play a crucial role in managing sales activities and actively seeking out new sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: - Actively seeking out new sales opportunities and setting up meetings with potential clients on calls and video calls. - Writing new business proposals and converting leads through calling. - Acquiring and maintaining the latest necessary technical knowledge to convert leads. - Negotiating/closing deals and collaborating with highly experienced team members to achieve better results. - Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and maintaining knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company. - Keeping the prospective client database updated and following company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers. - Developing and managing efficient networks for Business Development, consistently achieving revenue targets set by management, and generating sales through available online freelance portals. - Being cool-tempered and able to handle rejection effectively. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in a related field. - 1 year of experience in the same field as a Sales Executive, with experience in Lead Conversion. - Experience in Online Lead Generation via platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc. is a plus. - Proficiency in Email Etiquette, Proposal Writing, Follow-up, and Requirement Gathering. - Experience in Client Interaction and understanding of the Demand and Supply of Software Outsourcing, Web Design, Web Development, and Mobile App Development. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is a full-time job opportunity with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person at Janakpuri West, Delhi.
