• Convert qualified leads through strong

  & follow-ups • High-volume, high-quality outbound calling to US business leaders (80100/day) • Understand customer needs, pitch solutions & handle commercial discussions • Drive the full inside sales cycle:

  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline for forecasts & reporting • Achieve weekly/monthly goals for

Must-Have Candidate Profile

• 36 years

  US Process

  experience: Inside Sales / International B2B Sales • Excellent English with

  neutral/American accent

  preferred • Strong

  objection handling, negotiation & closing

  skills • Confidence in engaging senior decision-makers (CXO/Director/VP) • Comfortable with

  MonFri night-shift

  schedule (US timezone) • Proven success in

  target-driven

  revenue environments

Preferred Background

• US B2B Sales / Closures / Advanced Appointment Setting • International Collections/Retention with

  conversion

  KPIs • SaaS/Tech/Consulting sales environment exposure (Preference only selection based on real performance)
