Job Title: People & Culture Assistant HR Manager Location: BKC, Mumbai, MH. Working Hours: US shifts (7.45pm to 5.15 am) Working days: Monday to Friday (Sat-Sun fixed offs). Salary: will be aligned with experience and the last drawn salary . About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and strong people-oriented leader to manage culture, engagement, and employee morale during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be approachable, proactive, and capable of fostering a positive work environment, ensuring that employees feel valued and aligned with the companys vision. Key Responsibilities: Drive engagement & morale among night shift employees, building a strong and connected team. Monitor workplace dynamics and proactively address concerns to maintain a healthy culture. Collaborate with the day-shift HR team as required for smooth communication and issue resolution. Ensure accurate night shift attendance management, coordinating with relevant teams for compliance. Implement team-building activities tailored for the night shift to boost motivation and collaboration. Act as a trusted mediator, handling conflicts and grievances professionally and fairly. Support leadership by providing insights into workplace culture challenges and solutions. Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong interpersonal & leadership skillsa true peoples person. Experience in employee engagement or HR, preferably within night shifts or fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to manage and uplift team morale during unconventional working hours. Proactive mindset in addressing concerns and driving positive workplace culture. Recommended Experience: 10+ years in HR, Employee Engagement, or People Management (preferably with night shifts or 24/7 operations). Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, operations, and leadership. Ability to manage workplace dynamics and proactively maintain a positive work environment.
