The ideal candidate will have experience in the gems and jewelry industry, with a strong understanding of diamond grading, tracking, stock management, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management : Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing lab-grown diamond stock, ensuring real-time updates in inventory management systems (ERP or manual). Stock Audits : Conduct regular physical stock checks, reconciliation, and variance analysis to ensure inventory accuracy and security. Quality Verification : Coordinate with the QC team to ensure all incoming and outgoing diamonds meet quality standards, including grading, carat weight, and certification details.
