Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner with around 1 year of experience to support business functions by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. The role requires handling end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, and stakeholder management during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact for employees and business leaders for HR-related matters
  
• Support recruitment coordination, onboarding, and induction processes
  
• Manage employee lifecycle activities (joining, confirmation, exit formalities)
  
• Handle employee relations, engagement initiatives, and grievance management
  
• Support performance management and feedback processes
  
• Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures
  
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRMIS data
  
• Coordinate with payroll and ensure timely inputs
  
• Support compliance with labor laws and internal audits
  
• Partner with business teams to support workforce planning and retention
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist role
  
• Good understanding of HR operations and employee relations
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR systems
  
• Problem-solving mindset and stakeholder management skills
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in BPO / ITES / Corporate environment
  
• Exposure to night-shift operations
  
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance
