About the Role

HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
Drive performance management processes and employee engagement programs.
Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance.
Collaborate with leadership on organizational design and change management.
Mentor and lead HRBP team members to deliver excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:
Minimum 10 years in HRBP roles with proven expertise in core HRBP functions.
Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
