Role Responsibilities

U.S. Field Sales (8 to 9 Months/Year)

  • Travel to multiple U.S. states for store visits, product demos, and sales meetings.
  • Develop and manage a defined U.S. territory with structured travel planning.
  • Prospect and acquire new jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and buying groups.
  • Conduct in-person product presentations and close B2B deals.

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and research new opportunities across the U.S. jewelry market.
  • Build a steady pipeline and convert high-value leads.Achieve territory sales targets and grow market penetration.

Account Management (India Months Night Shift)

  • Manage follow-ups, reorders, and client communication aligned to U.S. hours.
  • Update CRM with meetings, opportunities, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients between visits.

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with India teams for samples, shipments, pricing, and logistics.
  • Ensure accurate product detailing and timely delivery updates.

Reporting & Market Insights

  • Maintain weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Provide competitive intel, product trends, and U.S. market insights.

Candidate Requirements - Must-Have:

  • 5–8 years in outside sales, international sales, or field-based B2B selling.
  • Valid U.S. B1/B2 visa (mandatory and non-negotiable).
  • Proven experience in high-ticket or relationship-driven sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong comfort with

    8–9 months of solo U.S. travel

    every year.Ability to work India night shift (3–4 months).
  • Strong negotiation and people engagement abilities.

Preferred:

  • Experience in jewelry, luxury goods, diamonds, watches, or premium accessories.
  • Prior experience handling U.S. customers or international markets.
  • CRM experience (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Exposure to exports or international trade.
