Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team at Radisson Goa, with 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and restocked.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on new menu items and promotions, making recommendations to customers.
Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies and managing stock levels.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of various beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage cash transactions accurately.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
