In Kannada, "Oota aita?" (Have you eaten?) is more than just a greeting. It's an ice-breaker, a question of general concern, and a symbol of Karnataka hospitality. Using that warmth and graciousness as inspiration, we created Oota, a dining experience that features hyper-local Karnataka cuisine

Your Role in Our Story

As a Bartender at TEHPL, you play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and creating a vibrant atmosphere. You will showcase your mixology skills, knowledge of beverages, and commitment to guest satisfaction across both Windmills and Oota

Key Responsibilities:

-Responsible for opening and closing inventories and coordinating with the F&B Controller for stock management.

-Monitor inventory trends and anticipate supply needs.

-Proficient in shaking and stirring cocktails, ensuring high standards in drink preparation.

-Maintain high standards in drink preparation to consistently delight guests.

-Stay updated on trends in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, continuously expanding knowledge of ingredients, origins, and cultural significance.

-Innovate and contribute to new cocktail creations that align with TEHPL’s unique offerings.

-Complete all bar-related paperwork and ensure compliance with bar laws and regulations.

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment upkeep.

-Create an inviting atmosphere that enhances the guest experience.

Who We Are Looking For:

Passion for Mixology: Demonstrated skills in crafting cocktails and beverages with creativity and precision.
Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of drink recipes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage inventory, complete paperwork accurately, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude to work effectively with colleagues across different venues.
Hospitality Focus: Dedication to delivering exceptional service and enhancing guest experiences.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar industry role, demonstrating a proven track record of excellence and growth in the field of mixology and hospitality
