The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. The role ensures high-quality service, adherence to beverage recipes, cleanliness of the bar area, and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Beverage Preparation & Service

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
Take guest orders, make recommendations, and ensure prompt service.
Maintain knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and bar trends.

2. Guest Experience

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere at the bar.

3. Bar Operations

Set up and close the bar as per operational standards.
Maintain bar stock, refill ingredients, and ensure availability of all supplies.
Follow correct portion control, garnishing techniques, and presentation standards.

4. Cash Handling & Billing

Process guest bills accurately through POS.
Handle cash and card payments responsibly.
Maintain cash float and handover at the end of the shift.

5. Hygiene & Safety

Maintain cleanliness of the bar, glassware, tools, and equipment.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards, including safe handling of alcohol.
Comply with all legal regulations related to alcohol service.

6. Teamwork & Coordination

Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management for smooth operations.
Assist in training new bartenders or bar assistants when required.
Support inventory checks and monthly stock audit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
