Banquet Sales Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Identifying, negotiating, and concluding tie-ups with spaces that include all classes of guest rooms - 5 Star, 4 Star, Budget Rooms, Serviced Apartments, etc. - Identifying, negotiating, and concluding tie-ups with food vendors to cater to all variety of events that take place in the venue - B2B, B2C, and Social Events. - Contacting organizers who have booked the venue and upselling rooms and F&B services to them. - Being on a constant lookout and maintaining a sufficient stock of rooms and food vendor tie-ups. - Maintaining good relationships with corporate accounts, social guests & visitors. - Adopting and applying appropriate quality strategies and standards. - Budgeting, P&L management, revenue, and cost optimization. - Must be able to multitask to deal with various organizers parallelly for more than one event. - Being able to think progressively and explore more services to be catered to the organizers. Qualifications Required: - Masters / Bachelors in Hospitality Management. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same role. - Fluency in written & verbal professional communication.
