Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, 6 days a week, for a Banquet Sales Manager at Rangmanch Farms, located in Gurugram (close to Sector 89 Gurugram; https://maps.app.goo.gl/rkvTTvqynWGN7bX19). The Banquet Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations for corporate outings (day outing, residential programs, conferences etc.), social gatherings (birthday parties, retirement parties, Haldi, Mehandi etc.) and event bookings, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and the operations team. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, developing tailored proposals, planning catering and event-specific details, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer service while effectively managing banquet and catering sales processes.
