Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Relations

Identify and pursue new banquet/event sales opportunities
Respond to event inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts
Build and maintain client relationships

Event Planning

Work with clients to understand event needs (menus, setup, décor, AV, schedules)
Create Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and operations teams

Coordination & Execution

Ensure events run smoothly according to plan
Attend key events as needed

Administration

Track sales goals and performance
Manage budgets and pricing
Prepare reports for management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
