- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for banquet sales.
- Handle inquiries, conduct site visits, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and wedding organizers.- Negotiate contracts, create proposals, and finalize banquet sales agreements.- Collaborate with the banquet and operations team to guarantee seamless event execution.- Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales targets.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage post-event feedback.- Keep detailed records of sales and clients in the CRM system.

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in banquet or event sales (hotel experience preferred).- Proficient in negotiation and communication.- Ability to establish and nurture client relationships.- Strong organizational and time management abilities.- Skilled in MS Office and CRM software.- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.,
