We have require experience front office associate who have good knowledge regarding front office . Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly and efficient customer service to guests. Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and cancellations Respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner Coordinate with on-site staff to assist with guest needs or emergencies Ensure all guest records are accurate and confidential Troubleshoot common issues and escalate when necessary Promote hotel amenities, services, and upsell when appropriate What We're Looking For: Previous customer service or front desk experience (hospitality experience a plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using hotel software systems (IDS), Hotelier systems, Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Gross Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Experience: Hotel Front Desk: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Hindi (Preferred) Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan (Required) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
