Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day banquet operations across multiple banquets in the city, covering weddings, corporate events, conferences, and private parties.
• Coordinate with Sales, Culinary, and Event Planning teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Supervise setup, service, and breakdown of events while maintaining brand standards and client specifications.
• Monitor inventory, banquet equipment, linen, and supplies; manage requisitions as required.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. • Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage budgets and labour costs while maintaining service quality. • Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event reviews for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate event records, staff performance reports, and customer feedback.
• Assist in developing and standardizing SOPs to improve banquet operations.
