Job Description

This is an opening for a cafe plus banquet in Essex Farms in Delhi.

Capacity - 500 pax

Role Summary:

The Banquet Manager oversees all aspects of banquet operations, including event planning, staff coordination, and client satisfaction to deliver seamless experiences for weddings, corporate events, and gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

Plan event layouts, setups, décor, and staffing requirements in collaboration with clients, chefs, and vendors.
Manage banquet team including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance oversight.
Negotiate contracts, control budgets, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with health/safety regulations.
Coordinate food/beverage service, handle guest requests/complaints, and resolve issues on-site.
Maintain inventory, prepare reports, and drive revenue through upselling services

Required Qualifications & Skills

Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
6+ years in banquet/event management; leadership experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in POS systems, event software; ability to work flexible hours.
Knowledge of F&B standards and high-pressure environments

CTC : 75K + Service Charge
