Banking Officer

Key Responsibilities

As a Banking Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Handling Inquiries:

  Answering inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts, products, services, and general banking inquiries (e.g., balance checks, transaction details, statement requests, etc.).

• Problem Resolution:

  Effectively resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.

• Sales & Cross-Selling:

  Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell relevant bank products and services (e.g., credit cards, loans, insurance) to meet customer needs and achieve individual targets.

• Compliance:

  Ensuring all interactions and transactions adhere to bank policies, compliance regulations, and security protocols.

• Record Keeping:

  Accurately documenting all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

• Customer Education:

  Guiding customers on how to use digital banking channels (mobile app, internet banking) for self-service.

What We're Looking For

• Education:

  Any HSC pass can apply.

• Experience:

  0 - 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center, banking, or financial services environment (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).

• Communication Skills:

  Strong

  verbal communication skills in

  English and Hindi

  , with a clear, pleasant, and professional telephone manner.

• Customer Focus:

  A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a positive, empathetic attitude.

• Soft Skills:

  Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, resilience, and the ability to handle high-stress situations gracefully.

• Industry Knowledge:

  Basic understanding of the banking/financial services industry and related terminology.

• Age Limit:

  Max. 30

• Availability:

  We prefer candidates who are Immediate Joiners or those who can join within one week. All candidates must be available for walk-in interviews and comfortable working a 6-day schedule with one rotational weekly off.
