Job Summary:

Banking Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day banking operations, including deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and fund transfers.
  • Manage customer accounts and provide personalized banking solutions.
  • Assist in credit appraisal, loan processing, and account opening activities.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and internal controls.
  • Monitor and reconcile branch accounts, cash management, and financial transactions.
  • Prepare reports on branch performance, loan portfolios, and operational metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in banking operations, customer service, or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of banking procedures, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in banking software, MS Office, and financial reporting tools.
