Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and committed Backend Developer to join our core team. As one of the early members, you’ll contribute directly to the development and scaling of the backend infrastructure powering multiple product modules.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities Core systems & data
Design and maintain robust relational data models for:

APIs & performance

Build scalable, secure APIs (REST/GraphQL) for mobile and web clients.
Optimize slow endpoints and database queries (indexes, query plans, caching).
Handle high-frequency transactions without data loss or race conditions.

ERP logic & workflows

Implement business workflows:
Order → invoice → payment → stock update
Refunds, adjustments, cancellations
Multi-branch / multi-user access controls
Enforce role-based permissions at the system level.

AI & automation integration - Integrate AI services for: - Natural-language commands (Duxbe Auto-Agent) - Smart reports and insights - Workflow automation triggers - Design safe execution layers so AI suggests and executes without breaking data integrity. Reliability & security

Implement logging, monitoring, and error tracking.
Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and data access.
Design for failure: retries, idempotency, rollback-safe operations
Sales, invoices, payments
Inventory & stock movements
Customers, vendors, and staff
Reports, ledgers, and audit logs
Ensure data correctness, consistency, and traceability (no silent corruption).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field
minimum 1 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience with Supabase (or Firebase)
Strong knowledge of SQL / PostgreSQL
Proficient in developing backend services using Node.js
Ability to write optimized, secure, and well-documented backend code
Exposure to building ERP/business modules is a plus
