Job Description

Role: Backend Developer (MERN Stack) Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid) Experience: 3-5 years About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and curious backend developer to join our tech team. You’ll work closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to build scalable APIs, improve system architecture, and solve real-world user problems — all while leveraging the latest in AI-assisted development. What You’ll Do Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Nest.js Design REST APIs to support our web and mobile experiences Manage data storage with MongoDB, optimizing for performance and scale Use AI tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar to speed up development workflows Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews Collaborate with the frontend team (React) for seamless integration Continuously improve backend architecture, reliability, and performance What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of experience in backend development using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB Comfort working in a Typescript (or Javascript) environment Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous code, and API security Exposure to AI-powered coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, TabNine) and a willingness to integrate them into your workflow Hands on experience with Git, Docker, and cloud services like AWS or GCP Bonus: Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, or microservices What You’ll Love A fast-moving, ownership-driven team Flexible work environment and autonomy Opportunity to ship fast, learn on the go, and work at the cutting edge of how software gets built Show more Show less
