Backend Developer

As a Backend Developer at Massive Mobility Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications and systems. Your expertise in back-end technologies will be instrumental in the software development life cycle, from conceptualization and design to testing and deployment. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining high-quality web applications that prioritize user experience, functionality, and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as designers, product managers, and other developers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Designing and implementing scalable and robust architectures for web applications will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring efficient integration of front-end and back-end components. Writing clean, modular, and well-documented code using industry best practices and coding standards will be essential. You will be expected to optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security, as well as conduct thorough testing and debugging to maintain the highest level of quality and reliability. Staying updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and trends in full-stack development will also be part of your responsibilities, enabling you to provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaboration with the DevOps team to deploy and manage applications in production environments is crucial. Troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by users promptly and ensuring minimal disruption to the application's functionality will be integral to your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture within the team. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1+ years of relevant experience in developing applications with NodeJS/NestJs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
