Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. You will play a key role in automating infrastructure, streamlining CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. Develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, or similar languages to streamline operations. Monitor system health and performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK stack. Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies are in place. Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve build, deployment, and release processes. Implement security best practices across all DevOps operations. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents promptly. Take complete ownership of deployment for both ongoing and new projects, ensuring smooth, efficient, and scalable release cycles. Work with Git to manage version control, ensuring consistent deployment across different environments. Lead and maintain configurations using tools like Ansible and Terraform for managing infrastructure as code. Ensure the continuous improvement of deployment strategies and practices. Use Linux-based systems effectively, ensuring all environments are optimized and secure. Work with Microsoft Azure environments to deploy and manage cloud-based services and applications. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Systems Engineering role. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI). Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, Go, or similar). Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, etc.). Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and its suite of services for cloud deployment and management. Good understanding of Git and version control. Key Responsibilities UI/UX Design (80%) Lead design from wireframes to high-fidelity Figma prototypes. Build modern, user-friendly, and scalable interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive designs. Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation. Maintain design systems and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Content Creation & Strategy (10%) Write engaging, SEO-optimized content for website, blogs, and case studies. Create compelling copy for marketing campaigns, presentations, and pitch decks. Work with leadership to showcase products, solutions, and success stories. LinkedIn Marketing & Branding (10%) Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy to strengthen D10Xs brand positioning. Create thought leadership posts, client success stories, and industry insights. Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance continuously. Required Skills & Expertise UI/UX Skills Proficiency in Figma (component libraries, prototyping, responsive design). Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices, design systems, and accessibility. Experience with mobile-first and web-first design. Awareness of modern design trends and cross-platform consistency. Content & Marketing Skills Excellent written English with strong storytelling ability. Ability to craft content aligned with business objectives. Understanding of LinkedIn marketing strategies and tools. Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and audience targeting is a plus. Other Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills.
