As a Backend Developer at our company in Bangalore, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance backend systems, developing REST APIs, working with databases and data flows, handling message queues for async processing, and designing scalable microservices. Your role will focus on ensuring backend reliability and performance in a fast-paced environment. You should have a solid understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, RESTful Web Services, MySQL for writing and optimizing SQL queries, Hibernate/JPA for data persistence, Messaging Queues such as Kafka, SQS, and RabbitMQ, Postman for API testing, and Redis (bonus skill).
