Backend Developer
based in Jamshedpur
🛠️ Key Responsibilities📐 Development & Architecture
- Design, develop, and maintain
RESTful APIs
and Golang microservices
- Build scalable, event-driven backend systems handling high-throughput traffic
- Work with
PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB
to design efficient data schemas and optimize queries - Integrate
secure data pipelines
for healthcare and financial data - Implement event queues and pub/sub systems using
Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS
- Participate in
architectural discussions
and backend design decisions
🔒 Security & Compliance
- Implement
HIPAA-compliant practices
across code and infrastructure - Encrypt sensitive data in transit and at rest using industry best practices
- Build secure auth flows using
OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect
- Ensure
audit logging, access control
, and data anonymization
- Maintain
PHI security and HITRUST standards
where applicable
🧠 Technical Excellence
- Write
clean, idiomatic, and well-documented Golang
code - Create comprehensive
unit, integration, and load tests
- Debug and optimize performance bottlenecks in distributed systems
- Use tools like
pprof, Grafana, Prometheus
, and OpenTelemetry
for profiling and observability - Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
🤝 Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with frontend teams to align API design and usability
- Collaborate with
DevOps
and SRE teams on cloud infrastructure and deployment - Contribute to internal documentation, tech specs, and API contracts (Swagger/OpenAPI)
- Mentor junior engineers on
Golang patterns

of backend development experience, including:2+ years of production-grade Golang
