We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our operations and ensure seamless coordination within the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative and Operational Support: Manage daily office operations, including accurate data entry, record-keeping, and document management. Oversee scheduling and coordination of AC repair and maintenance services. 2. Customer Support and Coordination: Handle customer inquiries and efficiently schedule service appointments. Maintain communication with field technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery. 3. Basic Graphic Design: Develop and edit basic marketing materials, such as flyers, posters, and digital content, using graphic design tools. Support the company’s branding and online presence with visually appealing materials. 4. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and manage daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of spare parts and tools. 5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with technicians, vendors, and management to streamline workflows. Provide support during audits and compliance inspections. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Basic proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent. Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
