The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily store operations, coaching staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that reflects our brand values. 🛍️ Store Operations & Sales: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Monitor daily sales performance and plan strategies to improve conversions. Ensure attractive visual merchandising according to brand guidelines. Maintain in-store stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/HO for replenishment. 👥 Team ManagementSupervise train, and motivate sales staff to deliver excellent service. Create staff duty rosters and ensure smooth shift operations. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team efficiency. Build a positive and disciplined work culture. 📦 Inventory & Stock Control: Oversee stock receipt, tagging, and display arrangement. Conduct weekly and monthly stock audits to avoid shrinkage or discrepancies. Maintain accurate stock records and report losses or damages immediately. 📊 Reporting & Administration: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and expense reports. Manage store cash, billing operations, and ensure accurate reconciliation. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and audit requirements. 🏬 Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and presentable at all times. Check trial rooms, display shelves, and product arrangement regularly. Handle basic maintenance issues and coordinate for repairs when needed.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:Warehouse OperationsScan products accurately using the company system. Pack and prepare parcels for shipment as per order details. Ensure all orders are labeled and dispatched on time. Manage inward & outward stock movement. Inventory Management Maintain proper records of all products in the warehouse. Monitor stock levels and assist in stock counting. Report stock discrepancies immediately. Arrange products systematically to ensure easy accessibility. General Warehouse Duties Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Assist in loading and unloading of goods whenever required. Handle basic administrative tasks related to logistics and warehouse management.
