Call HR Directly at Kaustav S +(91)8697950822 Job Summary: The Back Office Executive will be responsible for supporting banking operations by handling administrative and support tasks. This includes data entry, record keeping, compliance tracking, document verification, account maintenance, and coordination with other departments. The role ensures smooth internal processes and helps maintain the efficiency of front-office banking functions. --- Key Responsibilities: Process and maintain customer account information, including opening and closing accounts, KYC verification, and documentation. Perform data entry and update records in banking systems with a high level of accuracy. Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Reconcile financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Monitor and verify transactions for errors or discrepancies, and coordinate corrections as needed. Liaise with branch staff, finance, and compliance teams for smooth operational flow. Handle document scanning, filing, and retrieval for audits and regulatory reviews. Ensure proper record management in line with RBI and internal audit guidelines. Support customer service teams by providing required back-end data or reports. Assist in internal and external audits by supplying relevant documentation and explanations. --- Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field. Prior experience (1–3 years) in a banking back-office or operational role preferred. Familiarity with banking systems, MS Office (especially Excel), and data entry tools. Good understanding of KYC, AML, and banking compliance processes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
