Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Back Office Assistant (Female) based in Baroda to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the student application process and coordinating between students, parents, and universities. Key responsibilities: Collect initial information from students and parents through calls and in-person interaction. Follow up for required documentation and ensure timely submission. Create student profiles in the system and assist in filing applications to universities. Regularly check emails and university portals for updates, tasks, and communication. Coordinate with students, master agents, and universities/colleges for application processes. Use defined checklists to review and verify admission-related documents. Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents to universities as per specific requirements. Provide information to clients about the organisation’s services. Promote brand awareness and build positive relationships with clients. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure top-quality customer service.
