Job Description: Sales Back Office Executive Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Industry: Machinery Manufacturing Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Back Office Executive to support our field sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales coordination, be fluent in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate with the field sales team to manage daily sales activities and client follow-ups. • Draft and respond to professional emails to clients, vendors, and internal departments. • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools. • Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner. • Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing data for management review. • Handle customer queries and coordinate with the technical/service teams for resolution. • Maintain effective communication between internal departments to ensure smooth workflow. • Follow up on pending payments and assist in collections when necessary. Key Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support/back office/sales coordination role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a must. • Strong email drafting and business communication skills. • Good organizational and multitasking abilities. • Experience in machinery or manufacturing industry is preferred. • Fluent in English & Hindi Additional Details: Salary: Commensurate with experience Working Days: Monday to Saturday Office Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,438.35 - ₹20,120.93 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
