Back-end Executive

  Job Summary: The Backend Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams, managing backend operations, and supporting project/site execution activities. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and English communication (both verbal and written).   Key Responsibilities: ·        Coordinate with clients for day-to-day updates, queries, and documentation. ·        Draft and manage professional emails, reports, and correspondence. ·        Allocate and monitor manpower/staff at various project sites as per requirement. ·        Maintain and update daily reports, attendance, and site progress details in Excel. ·        Support the operations team in data compilation, scheduling, and tracking work progress. ·        Assist in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and documentation for management. ·        Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely execution and delivery of work. ·        Maintain proper filing (digital and physical) of all client communications and project documents. ·        Handle telephonic and written communication with clarity and professionalism.         Required Skills & Qualifications: ·        Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field). ·        1–3 years of experience in backend coordination or similar administrative role. ·        Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Email and Outlook. ·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. ·        Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask. ·        Ability to coordinate effectively between internal teams and clients. ·        Professional attitude, proactive approach, and good problem-solving skills.   Preferred Skills: ·        Experience in construction, facility management, or project-based organization (optional). ·        Knowledge of basic data analysis and reporting formats. ·        Employment Type: Standard
