Job Description

Onboarding Management: Handle the end-to-end onboarding process of new clients or business associates, ensuring all required documents and details are collected and verified accurately. Client Query Resolution: Respond to client queries promptly through calls, emails, or CRM systems and provide accurate solutions within the given timelines. Database & Record Maintenance: Maintain and update client data, onboarding records, and internal reports in the system with complete accuracy. Coordination With Teams: Coordinate with the sales, operations, and billing teams whenever required to ensure smooth workflow and quick issue resolution. Processing Requests: Manage backend paperwork, approvals, and processing requests as per company guidelines. Follow-Up Tasks: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients or team leaders regarding pending documents, updates, or clarifications. Reporting: Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the manager regarding onboarding status, queries handled, and closures. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all backend activities follow company policies, compliance norms, and data confidentiality standards. System Updates: Update CRM, portals, or company software with the latest client information, issue resolutions, and workflow updates. Support to Management: Provide backend support to management for any operational tasks, analysis, or documentation required.
